Current turn around time for processing orders is 8-10 business days. It does not include the weekends. It may not take this long but this is the time I allow myself to get orders processed. Please make sure to check these turn around times before placing an order. These times are just my processing times and not the time it takes for UPS or USPS to deliver (that is out of my control).

Do you accept customer cups for engraving? 

No at this time I do not accept customer cups. The prices include the cup and the design of choice. Shipping and tax is the only additional cost that will be added at checkout. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the customization of all orders there are no returns or exchanges. If you have a quality issue with your order when you receive it, please reach out right away and I will do everything I can to resolve it. If the error is made on my part a new replacement will be sent out. Approved replacements will be done only when the original item has been received back to me. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I am only shipping in the US at this time, but hoping to ship internationally by next year.
